Common questions

Tap Sign In in the top right of the sticky header on any page, or visit the sign in page directly. Use the email tied to your subscription.

On the sign-in screen choose Email me a sign-in link. We'll send a one-time secure link, no password needed. The link expires in 15 minutes.

Anything saved by the 20th of the month applies to that month's box. Changes after the 20th roll to the following month so your box can ship on time.

Go to Dashboard → Billing and tap Update card. Your old card is replaced instantly and any retry charges run on the new one.

Month-to-month subscribers can skip from Billing → Skip next box. 6 and 12 month plans are full-term and don't allow skips, but you can pause shipping for a vacation if you let us know before the 20th.

Open Dashboard → Referrals. Copy your unique link or share it straight to text or email. You'll see pending and confirmed referrals there too.

Every welcome email includes a printable PDF guide with the same screenshots. If you can't find it, email hello@ecoluxuryspa.com and we'll resend it.

Email us from your current address at hello@ecoluxuryspa.com with the new email you'd like to use. We'll swap it on the back end and send a confirmation link so your sign-in keeps working seamlessly.

Yes. From Dashboard → Add-Ons pick the One-Time Gift Box and we'll tuck it in with your next shipment to the same address at no extra shipping cost. A hand-written note is included, just add your message at checkout.

Sending it to a different address? We'll need to ship it separately, so a flat $8.99 shipping fee applies to that second address.

Want to gift a full subscription? Place a fresh order from the home page and enter your friend's shipping address at checkout. We can only combine orders under one shipping fee when everything is going to the same address. Recurring Zen Bloom subscription boxes aren't available as add-ons, but you can grab a one-time gift box at 20% off from the gift shop any time.

Add-ons follow the same 20th of the month cutoff as address and plan changes. Anything added later rolls into the following month's box.

The Zen Bloom Box is our signature monthly ritual, curated for the woman who has her beauty and skincare routines perfected and is simply looking for an elegant, effortless way to love on herself. It's the perfect antidote to product fatigue, an at-home spa experience without adding to a growing pile of things.

Every arrangement is a labor of love, thoughtfully and artistically handcrafted by our in-house floral designer. Each piece is curated to feel like a warm throwback hug, lift your mood the second you catch its scent, look effortlessly pretty in your space, stay kind to the earth, and turn your home into the coziest little haven where you can finally exhale.

Your bouquet is shipped fully assembled inside our custom protective box, arriving perfectly preserved and ready for immediate enjoyment. No assembly required , unbox, relax, savour. Bouquets are approximately 9″ wide × 10″ tall.

Crafted with the highest standard of eco-luxury in mind:

  • A clean-burning, proprietary blend of plant-based soy wax for a long, even melt and superb scent throw.
  • Fragrances blended from essential oils and high-end fragrance oils, free of toxins and harsh chemicals. Pure essential oil options available for sensitivities.
  • A minuscule amount of mica creates the muted floral hues, no chemical dyes.
  • Florals are a mix of compostable sola flowers, preserved blooms, dried botanicals, occasional embellishments, and permanent greenery (repurposed into new bouquets).

Fun fact: Sola (or shola) flowers are hand-shaved from the renewable Aeschynomene aspera plant, a light, cork-like wood. Artisans hand-cut and arrange each petal; no machines, no wilting, no waste. Their spongy texture also makes them lovely passive diffusers, add a few drops of essential oil and let them perfume the room.

The bouquet itself is handcrafted to last a lifetime as elegant décor or inspiration for new craft projects. You can also return the non-wax elements to us and we'll lovingly repurpose them into a new bouquet, nothing goes to waste.

The wax melts deliver up to 30 days of rich, clean fragrance (many subscribers say longer). Unlike a candle, the wax doesn't evaporate, when the scent fades, simply replace it. Never pour melted wax down the drain; let it cool and bin it.

Yes, every month follows a wellness theme like Deep Focus or Restorative Sleep. We don't send random scents; the fragrance and arrangement are aligned to support a state of well-being. Guided self-care that helps you stay on track, effortlessly.

Your monthly box is curated around a fresh wellness theme, so the exact scent is a lovely surprise. We do honour preferences, choose a general scent family (Floral, Exotic, Fresh, or Woody) from your account and our team tailors your experience.

Every few months we'll send you a complimentary return label to send back any artificial florals you no longer need. Our artisans repurpose them into new Zen Blooms, so nothing from your bouquet ever goes to waste.

Every Eco Luxury Spa candle, wax melt and skincare item is made in Canada. A small curated selection of artisan gifts in the shop come from international makers who share our values.

Our wax and oils are formulated without parabens, phthalates or harsh chemicals, and our warmers are flame-free, but melted wax is hot and essential oils can be sensitising. Please warm out of reach of children and pets, and check with your vet about specific oils if you have cats, birds or other sensitive animals at home.

Absolutely, our boxes make a beautiful pick-me-up for a friend or family member. You can also gift a full subscription at checkout (see the gifting question further down) or share single Gift Shop pieces with your 20% member discount.

6 and 12 month plans, these are full-term commitments because they include a free $60 electric wax warmer plus 1-year warranty and deep savings. You commit to receive every box in your term. See our subscription & cancellation policy for the full details.

First payment is taken the day you sign up. After that, all subscriptions are billed on the 15th of every month, in advance of the next box shipment.

6 or 12 month plan, once you've received every box in your committed term your plan rolls over to a flexible month-to-month subscription at the same monthly rate, so your boxes keep arriving until you tell us to stop. Cancel anytime from your account or by email, no questions asked. We don't auto-cancel because plenty of our long-time subscribers love their monthly ritual and want it to keep going.

Prepaid 6 or 12 month bundles, we never auto-charge. About 6 weeks before your term ends we'll reach out with your locked-in rate and a one-click renew or not-this-time choice. You'll always get to say first.

Early termination during a 6 or 12 month term is possible but incurs a $165.99 fee that covers your complimentary warmer and welcome discounts (or you may return the warmer in new condition in lieu of the fee). Full details in our cancellation policy.

Yes. From Dashboard → Billing you can upgrade to a 6 or 12 month bundle at any time, the new term starts on your next renewal. Downgrading from a commitment plan happens at the end of your current term so the warmer and welcome perks stay honoured.

Every charge is emailed as a receipt the moment it processes. You can also download a full history from Dashboard → Billing → Invoices, handy for expense tracking or gifting.

We retry the card up to three times over a week and send you a secure update link with each attempt. Your box is held until billing clears, then ships with the next scheduled wave so nothing is lost.

The monthly plan is our trial, there's no commitment, no early termination fee and you can pause or cancel anytime before the 10th. Try one box, fall in love, then upgrade to a bundle for the warmer and deeper savings.

We currently ship within Canada only.

Flat $8.99 CAD Canada-wide. Free shipping months are included with our prepaid 6 and 12 month bundles.

Tracking is emailed the moment your box leaves the studio, usually between the 26th and 30th. Keep an eye on your inbox (and promotions folder), and you can also view live tracking from Dashboard → Shipping.

Yes. Update your address from Dashboard → Shipping Addressanytime before the 20th and your next box ships to the new spot. After the 20th the change applies to the following month.

Apartments and condos are no problem, just include your unit number. We can usually ship to PO boxes too, though tracking updates may arrive a day later than a residential address.

Email us within 7 days at hello@ecoluxuryspa.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll replace any damaged items or open a carrier trace right away. We've got you.

We ship on the same 26th to 30th schedule year-round. Carriers slow down in December, so we recommend ordering gift subscriptions by mid November to land before the holidays.

It's our gift to you. When you sign up for any multi-month plan, we include the beautiful electric warmer (valued at $59.99) in your first box, along with a complimentary 1-year warranty (terms apply).

The warmer is electric, flame-free, and designed to be simple and safe, so you can start enjoying your Zen Bloom Bouquet the moment your box arrives. It also doubles as a warmer for a jarred wickless candle: remove the bowl and place the jar on top.

  • Sophisticated, modern silhouette with a bronze bowl and a terracotta-inspired base that complements any décor.
  • Gentle electric heating element, no flame, no smoke, no soot.
  • Plug in, drop a melt in the dish, enjoy hours of clean aroma.
  • Sleek finish that looks lovely on a desk, shelf, or bedside table.

Our favourite hack: let the wax cool completely, then pop the warming dish in the freezer for two hours. The wax shrinks and pops out perfectly clean. Save the leftover wax in your Zen Bloom paper tube, cover with the lid, and enjoy it again later.

If your warmer stops heating, the bulb fails or the wiring faults within a year of delivery, we'll send a replacement free of charge. Cosmetic wear and accidental drops aren't covered, but we'll always help you source an affordable repair or replacement bowl.

Of course. Our wax melts work in any standard electric or tealight warmer. The complimentary warmer is included with bundles so the full ritual is ready to go from your very first box, no shopping required.

Wax is a proprietary blend of non-GMO vegan soy, coconut and apricot, sustainably sourced and free from paraffin.

Oils are blended from essential oils and toxin-free fragrance oils. Always free of parabens, phthalates, Prop 65 ingredients, carcinogens and mutagens. Always cruelty-free.

  • Trim wicks to 5–7 mm before every burn.
  • First burn long enough to pool to the edges.
  • Never leave a candle burning unattended.
  • Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
  • Cover with the lid or a cloche when not in use.
