When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose the "pay in advance" option.
Subscribing
By subscribing, you agree to the subscription fee for the goods delivered during the term agreed upon by both parties. Please note that payments are collected in advance of each box shipment. For example, if you sign up on September 15th, you will receive the October edition of the box unless otherwise stated.
If you receive an introductory discount, a free wax warmer + warranty, a free bonus box, or any other free gift with a 6 or 12-month subscription, this reflects a commitment to a full term. This means a minimum of 5 or 11 additional payments (depending on your plan) are due before the commitment is complete.
Subscription Renewal
By signing up for our self-care subscription boxes, you understand that renewals are charged at the standard rate. Promotional codes used for your initial signup as a new customer do not transfer to renewal fees.
The company is unable to offer refunds for auto-renewals that proceed if the subscription was not canceled before the renewal date. Your subscription is continuous and will automatically bill for a new period of the same length (1, 6, or 12 months) unless it is set to cancel before your final payment date of the initial commitment. If a membership is canceled before the end of an existing period, you will still be responsible for the remaining payments in that term.
Cancellations
Our introductory free gifts and deep discounts are exclusively available with our 6 and 12-month commitment plans.
These high-value bonuses - including our premium Electric Wax Warmers are our way of welcoming you into the community.
We appreciate your adherence to these terms, as they allow us to continue providing artisan-quality products and premium experiences while protecting our growing business operations.
Cancellation Terms
If you wish to change or cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time.
However, please note the following regarding commitment plans:

Completion of Term: For commitment terms where free gifts were accepted (6 or 12-month plans), your cancellation will automatically take effect at the end of the agreed-upon period. You will be billed for and shipped all remaining boxes in your commitment. Once fulfilled, your subscription will not renew.
Example 1: If you sign up for a 12-month commitment and have paid for 8 boxes, you will be charged for the remaining 4 boxes before the subscription finishes.
Example 2: If you sign up for a 6-month commitment and have paid for 1 box, you will be charged for the remaining 5 boxes.

Early Termination Option: If you choose to terminate your 6 or 12-month commitment before it is fulfilled, a Cancellation Fee of $165.99 (plus applicable taxes) will be due immediately. This fee covers the retail cost of the complimentary gifts provided at the start of your plan and the administrative costs of early termination.

Equipment Returns: In lieu of the cancellation fee, the customer may choose to return the complimentary Electric Wax Warmer in its original packaging and "like-new" condition. Once the return is received and inspected by our team, the early termination fee may be waived at our discretion. Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Automatic Renewal
To ensure you never miss a moment of calm, all subscriptions (including 6 and 12-month plans) roll into a month-to-month subscription at the end of the initial commitment unless a cancellation request is submitted 14 days prior to your next billing cycle.
Important Deadlines
All cancellation requests must be processed by the 10th of the month. Any requests received after the 10th will apply to the following renewal cycle.

Step 1: Click "Log In" on the home page - https://checkout.ecoluxuryspa.com/account


Step 2: Click "Manage" in the My Subscriptions panel.

Step 3: Select "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Billing and shipping information can be updated by clicking those options in your account.
Step 5: Box preferences can be changed via the "Update Choices" button.
Please note that changes received after the 10th of the month will apply to the box shipping the following month.

Step 6: Add-ons can be selected through the "Add-ons" tab.
You will receive 20% off each item, and they will ship free with your next scheduled box.
