When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscribing: By subscribing you agree to pay your subscription fee for the goods that are delivered for the term agreed by both parties.
Any introductory discount or FREE Bonus Box or FREE 1st BOX or FREE Candle Care Kit applied on the 6 or 12-month subscription means your first month is an introduction month. It also means you have a minimum of another 5 or 11 payments due on your commitment term before you can cancel.
By signing up to a Zen Collection Candle/Self-Care Subscription Box you understand and agree you will be charged at the standard rate and that any promotional codes used as a new customer at signup do not transfer or apply to your renewal fee.
The Company does not accept any responsibility or offer refunds for ‘auto renewals’ proceeding if you have failed to cancel your subscription before your next renewal date.
You understand and agree that you will be automatically billed after your current subscription of 1, 6 or 12 months expires unless the subscription is 'set to cancel' before your final payment date in your initial commitment.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE END OF AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THAT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time.
If you have committed to a multi-month subscription (6 or 12 months) (which means you have accepted the terms to recieve any of the following offers - an introductory discount or FREE Bonus Box or FREE 1st BOX or FREE Candle Care Kit), and you still have boxes left to receive, you will be billed for & shipped the remaining boxes before your cancellation takes effect.
If you request to cancel before the end of the initial commitment period and if you still have boxes left to receive, you will be charged for and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
For example - If you sign up for a 12-month commitment subscription and have paid for 8 boxes you will be charged for another 4 before your subscription finishes or
If you sign up for a 6-month commitment subscription and have paid for 1 box, you will be charged for another 5 boxes.
Upon completion of your subscription, your subscription will automatically be renewed.
If you request to cancel before the end of the initial 6 or 12-month commitment period, there is a cancellation fee of $165.95.
You must cancel your subscription before the 10th of the month.
All cancellation requests received after the 10th of the month will apply to the following renewal.
