aching tootsies. Fill a foot-soaking tub or basin with hot water (95˚F - 116˚F), to about 10” - 14” deep. Place one tea bag into the water and steep for 5 - 10 minutes.
Sit comfortably while soaking your feet for 20 - 30 minutes and your feet will thank you!
