Subscriptions
We curate various Self-Care subscription boxes designed to cater to your individual self-care needs.

When you purchase any of our subscriptions you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscribing
By subscribing you agree to pay your subscription fee for the goods that are delivered for the term agreed by both parties.
Note that payments are also collected in advance of every box shipment, for example, if you sign up on September 15th, you will be recieving the October edition of Subcsription Box you signed up for, unless otherwise stated.
Any introductory discount or FREE Wellness Gift Bundle, FREE Bonus Box or FREE 1st BOX, FREE Mystery Gift Bag, FREE Candle Care Kit, or FREE Wax Warmer + Warranty, or any other FREE Gift applied on the 6 or 12-month subscription means you have a minimum of another 5 or 11 payments due on your commitment term before you can cancel.
Subscription Renewal
By signing up to any of our Self-Care Subscription Boxes you understand and agree you will be charged at the standard rate and that any promotional codes used as a new customer at signup do not transfer or apply to your renewal fee.
The Company does not accept any responsibility or offer refunds for ‘auto renewals’ proceeding if you have failed to cancel your subscription before your next renewal date.
You understand and agree that you will be automatically billed after your current subscription of 1, 6 or 12 months expires unless the subscription is 'set to cancel' before your final payment date in your initial commitment.
Your subscription is continuous until you cancel and, if you cancel your membership before the end of an existing subscription period, you will be charged for the remainder of that subscription period.
If you do not cancel your membership prior to your subscription renewal. your subscription will automatically renew for a new subscription period of the same amount of time.
Cancellations
Please note that the introductory Free Gifts selected upon sign up are exclusively available with commitment plans and involve an additional cost for us.
We appreciate your adherence to your commitment, and we sincerely value your support in assisting us in minimizing losses from individuals who have misused our free offers and exploited our business.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time, however cancellelations on commitment terms where FREE Gifts have been applied or accepted will only take effect at the end of your 6 or 12 month commitment period or a cancellation fee of $165.99 plus taxes will be charged.
If you have committed to a multi-month subscription (6 or 12 months) (which means you have accepted the terms to recieve any of the following offers - an introductory discount or FREE Bonus Box or FREE Bonus Box & FREE Necklace or FREE 1st BOX, FREE Mystery Gift Bag, FREE Candle Care Kit or FREE Gift, and you still have boxes left to receive, you will be billed for & shipped the remaining boxes before your cancellation takes effect.
If you request to cancel before the end of the initial commitment period and if you still have boxes left to receive, you will be charged for and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
For example - If you sign up for a 12-month commitment subscription and have paid for 8 boxes you will be charged for another 4 before your subscription finishes or
If you sign up for a 6-month commitment subscription and have paid for 1 box, you will be charged for another 5 boxes.
Upon completion of your subscription, your subscription will automatically be renewed.
If you request to cancel before the end of the initial 6 or 12-month commitment period, there is a cancellation fee of $165.99 plus taxes on ALL our self-care subscription services. This helps is recoup the cost of the free gifts you recieved on sign up for your commitment plan.
You must cancel your subscription before the 10th of the month.
All cancellation requests received after the 10th of the month will apply to the following renewal.

Step 1 - Click My Account on the home page, or https://checkout.ecoluxuryspa.com/account
Step 2: Click Manage in the My Subscriptions panel
Step 3: And Cancel Subscription at the buttom of the page
Step 4: Billing and shipping information can be updated by clicking these options in your account
Step 5: Box preferences cand also be changed from the "Update Chioices Button" In your Account.
Note that changed recirved after the 10th of the month will apply to your next box shipping the following month
Step 6: Add ons can be selected from your acocunt through the "ADDONS" tab and you'll receive 20% off each item selected.
They'll also ship free with your next shipment.
